Favorite WGS Class: Human Sexuality taught by Lisa Speidel.  Lisa created such incredible discussions on very important topics and it is a class that I would encourage everyone to take.

After graduation Jack hopes to work on the production side of the film industry when the economy re-opens. Until then he will be raising his new dog Tyson and doing freelance work in filming and editing.

McFadden

Favorite WGS Class: Intro to WGS because it really sparked my interest in gender related issues and feminist politics.

Parting Thoughts: Thank you so much to Bonnie Hagerman, Lisa Speidel, and Doug Meyer for inspiring my studies and feminist/LGBTQ activism. There's no one like you guys.

After graduation Emily will be interning with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville, and completing a Master of Public Policy at the Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy next May.

Favorite WGS Class: Human Sexuality with Professor Lisa Spiedel was my favorite WGS class because it really pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me consider my ideals.

Favorite Book: My favorite book in WGS was Living a Feminist Life by Sarah Ahmed.

Favorite WGS Class: Feminist theory was one of my favorite WGS classes. It made me question my pre-existing notions of what feminism is and can be.  

After graduation Claire will be working as an executive assistant for TTR Sotheby’s in Georgetown, DC
